Premises and equipment
The premises are located on the 6th floor of a building with a lift at Haštalská 766/28.
The office consists of two larger walk-through rooms (19.7 m2 and 19.9 m2) and two smaller rooms (14.1 m2 and 15.6 m2), a corridor and a large terrace (30.5 m2).
Of course, there is a bathroom, a kitchen with basic appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, two-plate cooker, and necessary equipment (cutlery, cups, plates). The premises can be further equipped according to your wishes.
Apart from the terrace, that can come in useful on warm days, you will certainly appreciate the courtyard, which the windows of two of the four rooms are facing. The other side of the office offers a unique view of the Prague Castle.
Transport and parking
You can get to the office by underground (Line B – Náměstí Republiky), tram and bus (stops Dlouhá třída and Hradební) and by car with the possibility of parking in front of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.
Rental options
Long-term lease
The office can be rented as a whole for the price of 488 CZK / m2 without VAT. For the contract signed by the end of May 2024, we offer aditional 10% discount from the rental price for the first 3 months.
The price for the supply of services related to the lease of the office space is CZK 9 000 without VAT and includes:
- reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection
- technical service
- heating
- water and sewer rates
- waste collection
Short-term lease
We also offer the premises for a short-term lease. Thanks to being photogenic, they are ideal for shooting and photography. It is possible to arrange training, courses or barbecues on the terrace. The rent is determined individually based on your requirements.
